I’ve had a pair for almost 3 years and they still don’t really need replacing! I’m just choosing to size down for even more compression.
I feel these sleeves give me the best support and also a bit of spring out of the hole when squatting. Much prefer them over thick neoprene. It feels like you’re wearing light knee wraps.
