These are a perfect size - 8.5 b y 5.5 inches. Great layout for easy use. For years I have used Moleskine Books and written all the details out by hand. A real pain in the arse if I had forgotten to set up a plan before a work out. This solves the problem perfectly. I don't know why I haven't used one before.
