Olympic Swiss Bar

I can't praise this bar enough. All Olympic Swiss Bars are made of solid steel and weigh far too much for the home trainer. Whoever thought of making one from tube steel has done us all a favour. I brought this bar for bent barbell rowing with a neutral grip and for hammer curls, It is also excellent for overhead pressing. The delivery was very quick and by a reputable courier and the bar very well packaged.
I do not understand why Strength Shop do not market this bar properly. I had to go looking for this bar and it wasn't easy only my perseverance found it. How many other people would have gone the extra mile like I did? It is a winner for people like me and it should be advertised on Amazon and Ebay. I'm sure it could be a best seller.

Swiss bar

This is the second one I’ve bought . It’s great , not too heavy , easy to move around , good width positions available. It’s a bit tight on my 49” squat rack , an extra couple of inches would be nice to give a bit more room when re-racking the bar, but it’s ok. Maybe a deluxe version could have knurling on the handles . Buy it , great price . I looked at loads of them and came back to this one and purchased it again. Also better than paying near £300 for some of the alternatives

Saved my joints

I use this bar over a normal barbell. I have torn my pec twice on a barbell and the Swiss bar is amazing. I feel totally safe and it’s impossible to use bad form. I can bench heavy without my shoulders flaring up or my elbows hurting. If you have bad joint or injuries from benching I can’t recommend this bar
