Heavy Duty Deluxe Glute ham developer, great for developing strong glutes, low back, ham strings & abs. Adjustable both horizontally and vertically. Comes with band pegs, an excellent feature, and ideal for adding resistance.

The Glute-Ham Raise (GH Raise, GHR) is great because it is one of the best movements for the posterior chain - lower back, glutes, hamstrings and calves.

Functionally, it is one of the best hamstring exercises because it trains your hamstring at both joints (knee and hip).

This is how your body was designed to work. When you run, jump or squat, your hamstrings are challenged at both joints.

Good Build Quality

This is a really sturdy piece of kit and a great exercise, however I was slightly disappointed though with the foot plate. I have size 12 feet and my toes hang over the edge even without any shoes on which makes it difficult to push properly through the ball of the feet/toes. I find myself constantly focusing on keeping my foot position because one slight slip and I have to reset. if this issue was addressed I can't find a negative with the product this flaw just lets it down for me.
