How do you use lifting straps? Begin by looping the straps around your wrists. Next, wrap the loose ends around the barbell or dumbbell. Adjust the tightness to a comfortable yet firm level, ensuring the weight is securely supported throughout your lift.
How do I wash the straps? Hand wash your straps with a mild detergent in cool water. Air dry them: don’t machine dry.

Extra Long Strap
A great bit of kit. Don't be fooled by the price. These are very nice quality and have a soft pad for comfort. I am not sure they would hold up to serious weight like my Iron Mind straps, but for general lifting they are more comfy.
