Our new curl bar with rotating handles. Great to target different grip positions and allows for dynamic wrist movement for optimal arm workout. As the handles move naturally with curl movement, it is also a brilliant tool if mobility/pain is an issue using standard curl bars.

Can be used as a standard bar, or can be attached to a cable pulley.

Awesome piece of kit

Brilliant piece of kit - had not been able to do curls on a fixed bar for years due to wrist/forearm pain. This is exactly what I was hoping for - expensive but well made sturdy and if you get wrist pain from fixed bar curls worth every penny

Très bien, mais est ce qu'on peut enlever les manchons diamètre 50 mm, pour utiliser des disques diamètre intérieur de 28 mm ?

Awesome little bar

Got this bar for over a year now and can recommend it fully. Using it is a joy for my joints (elbow, shoulder), the variability movementwise is great and it's good quality that holds up very well. Love it.
