Solid, heavy duty bench

Really solid, heavy duty bench. If you want a bench that's going to support a lot of weight, this will do the job. Considering how heavy it is, it would have been better with wheels on one end so it can be lifted and easily moved. The bench pad is also wider than you might be used to and a little bit high for most people using it for bench press, unless 6ft and over.

Fantastic heavy duty bench

Purchased the riot bench a few days ago and very impressed , as an accomplished experienced lifter with 180kg bodyweight I needed a super strong bench that can handle my hefty bodyweight and my heavy bench press poundages ....this is the solution! Only took around 30minutes to carefully assemble and the finished product is fit for a rhino with a rated 600kg maximum weight capacity! Thanks again Strength shop staff for another fine training tool.....I own the SS competition 36kg axle bar and SS 50kg plates that will be used alongside the riot bench Also very pleased with the speedy delivery and helpful courier staff The equipment I've mentioned can be viewed in use on my utube channel Big Chris 2
