How to use your Flex-Fit belt best
To get best results with this belt, we recommend positioning the belt snugly between your ribcage and hip bones, just at the mid-belly region. Adjust the belt tightness to a degree, so you can breathe “into” it, to achieve that stability in your core. This will help to use your strength maximally.
Finding your matching size
To find the best matching size, please take your measurements around your belly button. In a braced state and then choose from the table below your ideal size. The ideal fit of the belt leaves a 2.5cm-5cm gap between the ends. You don’t want the ends to overlap, nor a gap bigger than 5cm. If you’re unsure, pick the smaller size.

I received a belt that got damaged on the inside after the first use. The support team responded promptly and sent a replacement belt within one day without requesting the damaged belt to be returned.
The second belt had no issues at all, and the quality and support are excellent (this is not a deadlift belt for heavy weights, you need 10" or 13" for that).
