Compact Power Sled with Handle (for Dragging/Pushing/Pulling)

An excellent addition to anyones training kit, this is the perfect sled for working on fitness and anaerobic capacity. Perfect for getting the lungs going!

Features a handle for pushing with options to add additional handle to push sled from both sides as well as adding a sling and shackle for dragging/pulling. Additional handle can be added from the dropdown menu so that there can be a handle on each end of the sled.

Sled takes olympic plates, and can be loaded up to approximately 300kg. The sled itself weighs around 18kg, and has a 48mm diameter pin.

Additional handle can be added as an addon so the sled can be pushed from both sides without turning the sled around.

Length of loading pin : 435mm

Height to the centre of the handle : 425mm

Width of handle : 50mm

Length of sled : 780mm

Width of sled : 335mm

***Photo for illustration purposes only, sling & shackle are optional extra that can be selected.

Fantastic

Finally got round to getting this and have been very pleased. Good quality (as always with strength shop), nice and sturdy. I bought an additional handle for it as I only have limited room to push before I have to go back the other way.

Size is just right for me, it sits nicely on top of my plyo box in the garage so out of the way when not it use. Can't comment on the height of the handles compared to a full sized sled as have only used drag sleds before.

I do find the handles move inwards slightly after pushing so I have to hoik them back straight to unload the plates. Have tightened bolts, perhaps some loctite would help here, or might fashion a brace to sit low between both handles. Very minor inconvenience so I probably won't bother truth be told.
