Closed with a Velcro strap around the wrist, these rubber lifting grips will fit for wrists within a min. circumference of 18cm up to a max. of 26cm.
Please note: These grips are designed for rep work, rows and pullups. They are not suitable for heavy pulls or deadlifts
I use these for back day. They are awesome if you’re a giant. But too big around the wrist for normal men.

Don’t fit properly
They’re decent, and probably work well when they fit your wrists. They don’t fit my wrists at all, and one fits better than the other.
