Great for adding weight to lifts, gradually during the range of motion, and breaking through sticking points.
Training with chains creates resistance that helps promote much greater overall explosiveness, power and strength. Chains can be used with as many exercises as you can imagine, use them over your shoulders and do weighted pull-ups or dips, attach them to a prowler or sled for a new challenge, or stay conventional and use them while performing a squat/bench/deadlift.
Great chains!! I bought both the 20kg and 5kg sets. Very good for Westside dynamic training and strength training and great addition to my gym as always from the Strength Shop!!
