Here’s everything you need to know about our 2024 Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale:

1. What time does the Black Friday sale start?

Black Friday falls on the last Friday of November each year. But here at Strength Shop, we like to treat our customers early. That’s why our sale officially kicks off at 1pm GMT on Monday 18 November.


2. When does the Black Friday Sale end?

The sale is live for 2 weeks and officially ends on Monday 2 December. You can secure big savings until midnight.

3. Which products will be discounted during the Black Friday sale?

We’ve discounted over 100 items! From cages to barbells, and bumper plates to support kit and accessories - you won’t want to miss out on the variety of offers we’ve got coming your way.

4. Will new promotions be added throughout the sale period or can I shop all the discounts right away?

You heard it here first! New products will be added at least weekly, so you’ll want to be signed up to our newsletter and following our socials for updates on new discounts added to the site.

5. How long will shipping take once I've ordered from the Black Friday sale?

We know you’ll be excited to get your order, so we always aim to get it out as soon as possible. Due to the nature of the sale and increased orders there may be a slight delay, but we’ll always aim to have orders shipped within a maximum of 7 working days of it being placed. We’ll update our social channels if there are any shipping delays, so keep an eye out there for the latest sales news.

6. Can I use athlete codes during the Black Friday sale?

Yes! Athlete codes will still get you a 5% discount while the sale is live. That means that not only will you save up to 70% across our site, you can also get a 5% bonus saving on top! To support your favourite Strength Shop Athlete during the sales period, head to their social media channel to find out their code.

7. How long will it take me to hear back from Customer Support during the Black Friday sale?

We completely understand that you might have a few more questions for our Customer Support Team during the Black Friday sale. We always aim to respond to all customer enquiries within 24 hours. But, with savings so BIG, things are bound to get busy. Rest assured, we’ll be working around the clock to make sure we can get back to you in a maximum of 48 hours.

8. Can I return items from the Black Friday sale?

Of course! We have a 90-day return policy (which we’re pretty damn proud of)! That gives you 90 days after receiving your sales items to request a return.

9. Do you have a Cyber Monday promotion?

We sure do. Cyber Monday takes place on 2 December which will be the end of the sales period. Look out for new promotions then!
